Daily Life At The Orphanage

I spent time at an orphanage in Chiapas, Mexico, walking through the ordinary rhythms of the day. Meals were prepared, laundry washed, floors swept, lessons taught, prayers spoken, and children cared for.

These photographs aren’t about a single moment, but about the steady work of showing up—day after day—through small, repeated acts that hold life together.

"Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world".

JAMES 1:27
